Product Instroduction:

Kinematic viscosity is a measure of a fluid’s internal resistance to flow under gravitational forces. It is determined by measuring the time in seconds, required for a fixed volume of fluid to flow a known distance by gravity through a capillary within a calibrated viscometer at a closely controlled temperature.

DC-ND1001 Automatic Kinematic Viscosity Tester is suitable for the determination of the kinematic viscosity of liquid petroleum products (Newton liquid) with high temperature control accuracy up to ±0.01℃.The instrument has high test efficiency and can be used to measure the kinematic viscosity at the same constant temperature with 4 glass capillary viscometers.The instrument can also be used as a high precision thermostatic bath.

Characteristics:

1. Multi-point temperature control, wide temperature range: 20°C , 40°C , 50°C , 80°C , 100°C and any temperature within room temperature ~ 150°C ;

2. Accurate temperature control: the temperature control precision reaches 0.01°C ;

3. Four sets of viscometer tests can be carried out simultaneously;

4. Panel stopwatch timing;

5. During the testing process, the test of the tested or retested tube can be cancelled at any time, which has no influence on other tests carried out at the same time;

6. Large data storage capacity, 2000 analysis and test records can be saved;

7. Adopt horizontal adjustable test-tube frame.
